Policies

 

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing excluding weekends and national holidays. Shipping cost start from $7,90 to $26 depends to the item. All order are shipped via USPS. Standard U.S. shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order is shipped, with USPS tracking code. 

 

To cancel or change:

  • Contact us as soon as possible before we ship your order. Email support@shopeverydaysilver.com

 

For lost packages: 

  • After an order is delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages.

 

Return:

  • Full priced items may be returned back within 3 days of arrival for an exchange, store credit or refund. Altered items are not illigable for return.  

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. New with all tags in the original packaging.

  • We offer exchanges. If you need a different size, item, etc. please place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.

  • SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged

  • To make a return please contact us to assist you.

 

If order is damaged or incorrect:

  • Please make sure to read the care page to understand how to take care of your garment. Contact us at support@shopeverydaysilver.com with a photo and your order number.
